Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We ship using USPS.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delays may occur that are outside our control.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
